1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 challenging the inaction of the opposite parties in not considering his application regarding appointment under the rehabilitation of Assistance Scheme.
4. Since the petition was filed in the year 2012 and in the meantime nine years have already been passed. During the said period the cause of action must have been extinguished.
5. In such view of the matter, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives. ( S.K. Panigrahi) Judge LB
