1. This is an application for modification of order dated 29th November, 2022.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the case now has been transferred to the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Balasore and the case number has been numbered as "Special Case No.29 of 2023" for which the Petitioners could not be surrendered and prays for modify the order dated 29th November, 2022.

3. Considering the grounds taken in the application, the order dated 29th November, 2022 is modified to the extent that the case number be read as "Special Case No.29 of 2023 pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Balasore instead of JGR Case No.59 of 2021 pending in the court of PMJJB-cum-C.J.M., Balasore and two weeks' further time from today is extended, as a

// 2 // last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the court below as per the order dated 29th November, 2022 but subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the money receipt thereof before the concerned court. It is made clear that other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.
