1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 seeking direction to regularize her service as against the post of Trained Graduate Teachers and to sanction her scale of pay with effect from the date of joining in the upgraded high school i.e. since February, 2010.

4. Since the matter is pertaining to the year 2012, the petition has lost its relevance and cause of action raised therein does not seem to be surviving. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.

6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives. ( S.K. Panigrahi) Judge LB
