Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "Under the circumstances the applicant prays that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to revise an pay the applicant the minimum pension of Rs.3,500/- + TI w.e.f. 01.01.2006 as the OM under Annexure-1; And further be pleased to direct the Respondents to pay interest @ 18% per annum for the culpable negligence and delay in paying the same as per the Rules and decisions of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of Kerala and Others vrs. M. Padmanabhan Nair, AIR 1985 SC 356;

And further be pleased to pass any other order / orders to meet ends of justice".

Since the Petitioner at no point of time has approached the Opposite Parties for extending the benefit as made in the writ petition, liberty is granted to the

// 2 // Petitioner to make a detailed representation before opposite party No.2.

Let the Petitioner make a detailed representation before the opposite party No.2 within a period of three weeks hence. If such a representation is filed by the Petitioner within the aforesaid period, the opposite party No.2 is directed to consider the same on its own merit and pass an appropriate order within a period three months from the date of receipt of the order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAC) is disposed of.
