Though it is a case of the year 2013 but no notice has been issued to the opposite parties. However, taking into account the relief claimed the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 within a period of two weeks. If such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the same will be considered and disposed of by the opposite party No.2 on its own merits within a period of three months thereafter.
