Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Order No.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "The Petitioner, therefore, humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties more specifically the Opp.Party No.4 to issue the Covid Test Report of his deceased father later Mirtayab Alli in his favour within a stipulated period as deemed just and proper.

And other appropriate writ/writs order/orders or direction/directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the Petitioner."

This matter was earlier taken up on 15.11.2022. Today in the second attempt of hearing, Mr.Ghosh, learned A.G.A. on instruction submits, there has been release of Covid Test report together with death report indicating the reason of death.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits, there must be authenticated copy supplied to the Petitioner for his undertaking further exercise. There is however no denial of service of photocopy of this document indicated herein above.

This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, on the Petitioner attending O.P.5 along with copy of this order next week on a working day, the Petitioner shall be provided with authenticated copies of Covid Test report as well as death report of the Petitioner with reasoning.
