This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The original application was filed in the year 2012 by the applicant when he was about 52 years of age, inter alia, challenging the adverse remarks in his Confidential Character Roll (CCR) during the year 2002-03 up to 20062007 and also the adverse remarks alleged to have not been communicated from 2004-2005 to 2008-2009. 3.
It is revealed from the orders passed by the learned Tribunal that the matter was not taken up after 26.04.2012.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the litigation at present. 5.
It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that considering the nature of grievance, nothing would survive at present for adjudication, more so, for the fact
// 2 // that the petitioner would have retired in the year 2020 on attaining the age of superannuation.
