1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.
2. The petitioner is stated to be a defaulting borrower in three term loans taken from UCO Bank, Sundargarh Branch for raising a home construction as also renovation.
3. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 14th March, 2021 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, whereby symbolic possession has been assumed in the light of the account having been declared NPA on 31st of December, 2019.
4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Bank states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as all the three accounts have since been
// 2 // upgraded to standard accounts on deposit of the amounts overdue in all the three accounts.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
