This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 to sanction and disburse the financial benefits as per order under Annexure-9 within a stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that pursuant to the order under Annexure-9, the authorities have sanctioned and disbursed the part of the financial benefits as due and admissible to the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner is still to get some more financial benefits.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner is

// 2 // directed to approach the authority concerned by filing a detailed representation indicating clearly therein that the part of the financial benefit he is entitled to get has not been disbursed, within a period of two months and in the event the same is filed before the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and on the basis of the order passed by this Court earlier and a take decision on the same and in the event the Petitioner is entitled to get the financial benefit as claimed by him, the concerned authorities are directed to sanction and disburse the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of taking such decision.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
