1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 seeking to quash the notification No.1E-08/2011494/OSSC dt. 23.02.2012 under Annexure-4 and seeking direction to publish the result category-wise with cut off mark as like as done earlier in three to four occasion by the said opposite parties.

4. However, the cause of action as old as 2012. By efflux of time there seems to be absence of any cause of action in the present writ petition. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

5. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
