This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

O.A. No. 1341/2013 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal Cuttack Branch, Cuttack. After the said learned Tribunal being abolished the matter stands transferred to this Court and re-numbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1341 of 2013. The applicant challenged the selection list vide Annexure-3 in respect of selection of Cluster Resource Centre Co-ordinator (CRCC).

Mr. R.C. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education submits that due to long pendency of this case the rights in favour of the selected candidates have been crystallized and they have not been made parties to the present petition. Accordingly he submits that the writ petition is rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same within 90 days if cause of action still survives.
