Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1312 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar of Ganjam, arising out of Bellaguntha P.S. Case No.268 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 323/307/341/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar, by order dated 19.10.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioners are in custody since 06.09.2022 and places on record the chargesheet dated 31.10.2022 and the injury report in respect of the injured Dillip Pradhan.

On perusal of the same, it is seen that the injuries suffered have been categorized as simple.

Taking into account the age of the petitioners and the injury report which is on record, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
