1. This matter is taken up through Virtual mode.

2. The guarantor is before this Court challenging the eauction notice dated 6th October, 2021 issued under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, whereby the property owned by the petitioner was fixed for auction sale on 15th November, 2021 towards recovery of the outstanding liabilities of Saroj Kumar Pattanayak (Borrower)/Opposite Party No.2, who had availed a loan of Rs.50 lakhs from the Allahabad Bank, KIIT Branch, Bhubaneswar (now merged with Indian Bank, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar).

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition has

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No. 4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No. 4798, dated 15th April 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
