This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give compassionate appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme by considering the representation dated 13.09.2022 under Annexure-10 keeping in view the letter dated 17.12.2021 under Annexure-8 within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
