It is submitted that the alleged offences include offence under Sections 363/364/302/201/120-B/109/379/506/34 of IPC read with Section 3(1) (2) (va) of SC & ST Act. Therefore, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to change the nomenclature of the application from BLAPL to CRLA. Prayer is allowed.
