This application has been filed for recall of the order dated 10.08.2021 and for restoration of WPC (OAB) No. 12 of 2015 to its file which has been dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the parties and after going through grounds stated in the application itself, the order dated 10.08.2021 is recalled and WPC (OAB) No. 12 of 2015 is restored to its file.
