02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. This Contempt Petition has been filed challenging the noncompliance of the order dtd.1.01.2016 in O.A. No.224(C) of 2012.

3. Mr. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel submitted that challenging the said order the Opp. Parties have approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.17367 of 2016 and the said matter is subjudiced till date.

4. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner will be at liberty to pray for compliance of the order in question, if the writ Petition filed by the State-Opp. Parties is not decided in their favour.

5. The Contempt Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
