Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.2267 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, arising out of Kuakhia P.S. Case No.319 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Section 379/34 of IPC. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur, by order dated 03.11.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner has been taken into custody from 20.10.2022.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till submission of final form. 8.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
