Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.78 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Polasara, arising out of Polasara P.S. Case No.304 of 2021, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 420/467/468/471 of IPC. 3.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kodala, by order dated 04.11.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner is in custody from 04.11.2022.

Taking into account that the allegation is of getting an employment by forging the certificate which is primarily based on documentary evidence, this Court is persuaded to hold that further continuance of the petitioner in custody is unwarranted. Hence, this
Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
