This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

None appears for the Petitioner.

It appears from the prayer of the writ application that the present writ application has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to treat the Petitioner as a Trained Graduate Teacher with effect from 07.06.1994 and to grant all consequential benefits. 4.

No counter affidavit has been filed in the meantime. More than a decade time has been elapsed in the meantime. It appears that the grievance of the Petitioner must have been redressed by the department.

In such view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file appropriate application to revive the Petition in the event the cause of action still survives.
