RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 2nd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 13.08.2013.

The original application was filed in the year 2013 before the learned Tribunal by the applicant, challenging the statutory rule of the Notification dated 29th December, 2012 notifying "Odisha Diploma Engineers' Service (Method of Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012" (Annexure-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that after long

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
