This is an application for extension of time to surrender vis-avis order dated 25th November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3368 of 2022.

By the above order dated 25th November, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in G.R. Case No. 193 of 2014 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 25th November, 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned SDJM, Titilagarh on or before 28th February, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No. 193 of 2014 and in the

event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of CRLMC No. 3368 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.
