ORDER

1.

Even though an objection is raised by learned Counsel for opposite party-contemnor(s) on the maintainability of the contempt proceeding involving contemnor herein, this Court observes, the direction issued in the final order in O.A.No.2335(C) of 2013 is not meant to be ignored or not complied. Keeping in view the pendency of contempt petition long since, to avoid further loss of time, it will be appropriate to dispose of the contempt petition directing the present incumbent(s) to comply with the order involved herein by completing entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order provided there is no interference and/or stay of such order by the higher forum in the meantime. The compliance report be filed before the Registry of this Court within a period of one week thereafter. Failure of compliance of this order shall be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order and there will be initiation of a suo motu contempt proceeding against the contemnor(s).
