This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking amendment of the writ petition as per the schedule of amendment. 3.
Mr. A.S. Nandy, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press this application, as the petitioner has filed separate writ petition challenging the subsequent action taken by the authority.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.

Mr. A.S. Nandy, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since subsequent developments have taken place in
the matter and, as such, the petitioner has challenged the same by filing a separate writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No. 31474 of 2021, this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the subsequent writ petition.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
