This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited nature of request involved in this matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner-cumSecretary to Govt. in Health and Family Welfare Department, Odisha, Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending and take a lawful decision thereon, taking into account the grounds taken in the writ petition, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner, giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. Decision on such representation shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
