Mr. P. P. Behera, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the amicable settlement, the petitioner has vacated the questioned land.

The said statement has also been supported by Mr. Sidhant Dwibedi, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.5 whose interest is paramount in the land.

In view of this development, as reported, we dispose of this writ petition as infructuous, as nothing remains to be adjudicated further.

Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate appears for the opposite party no.1 and Mr. P.K. Sahoo, learned counsel appears for the opposite party no.2-TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd. (TPCODL).
