As the learned counsel for Petitioners has not filed certified copy of the impugned order, this Court deprecates filing of the Writ Petition in absence of certified copy of impugned order. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to refile the Writ Petition along with certified copy of the impugned order.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.
