Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Petitioner therefore, humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may gracioulsly be pleased to admit the writ application, issue a Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the impugned order under Annexure-8 and the impugned letter under Annexure-9 shall not be quashed and as to why the opposite parties shall not return back the Security deposit and other deposit amounts with 18% interest which has been deposited by the Petitioner towards auction of Nua-amlipali Sand Bed (Sairat) immediately. If the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or shown insufficient cause the rule may be made absolute against the opposite parties.
And May pass any other appropriate directions(s)/order(s) as this Hon'ble Court considers may deem just and proper. And And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed representation vide Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners. 6.
