1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. The writ petition has been renumbered and registered before this Court on 29.11.2021 after being transferred, upon abolition of State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. On perusal of the available order-sheet of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never taken up after 28.01.2015.

The original application was filed before the learned Tribunal in the year 2012 seeking a direction for granting promotion to Level-IV when he was working as Assistant Teacher in Amarda Government U.P. School, Amarda, in the district of Mayurbhanj.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not have up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter.
