1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. N. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. During course of hearing of the matter learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the present application with liberty to take appropriate steps after disposal of the Criminal Appeal No. 545 of 2011.

4. In view of such submission, the writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
