It is submitted that the Deputy Labour Commissioner having already joined, this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of such submission, this TRP(C) stands disposed of as infructuous with an observation that if a compromise between the parties has been effected, the same shall be considered in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month, if there is no legal impediment.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-10 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's
