Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the brief, this Court finds there is response to the submission on the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-10, copy of which has already been sent by the Project Director National Highway Authority of India, Berhampur to the Land Acquisition Officer & Competent Authority, Land Acquisition Sale, Khordha, Bhubaneswar, NHAI for undertaking the required exercise.

Keeping in view the complaint of the Petitioner and for submitting detailed report to the authority for its taking appropriate decision, which direction appears to have taken on 02.03.2022 vide Annexure-11. Through the Writ Petition it has been alleged that there is no development as of now. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event there has been no development pursuant to the communication dated 02.03.2022 involving the request of the

// 2 // Petitioner directs Opposite Party No.4 to submit the report pursuant to the direction at Annexure-11 and complete the required exercise at least within a period of one month. Failure of submission of report within one month from the date of communication of this order, action as appropriate on the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure10 shall be taken. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
