Heard Ms. P.P. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider his case for inter-district transfer. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended, that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh application in prescribed format before the appropriate authority, so that the same can be consider and disposed of. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application in the prescribed format before the appropriate authority within a period of two weeks, so that the same can be consider and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application.
