Since the claim of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 19.11.2012 passed by the tribunal in O.A. No. 1680 of 2012 as well as the judgment of this Court in the case of Shyam Sundar Panda v. Director of Public Instruction Secondary and others, (2001) 2 ATT (HC) 175, this writ petition stands dispose of directing the authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner as at page-10 of the brief, taking into consideration the order passed by the tribunal as well as this Court as mentioned supra, and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
