It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in view of the subsequent development taken place during pendency of the matter, he wants to file a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2 within a period of three weeks with regard to his claim. Hence, it is directed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the said opposite party No.2 will take a decision on the same on its own merit within a period of three months thereafter.
