1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file a fresh representation to the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan as well as the Collector, Keonjhar (Opposite Party No.4) to ventilate their grievances.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. If the Petitioner's fresh representation is made not later than 17th February, 2022 it shall be examined in accordance with law and after giving the Petitioners an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon by the authority concerned not later than 2nd May, 2022 and shall be communicated to the Petitioners not later than 9th May, 2022.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. The Court makes it clear that it has not expressed any view on merits.
