This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to;

i.

Admit and allow the writ petition of the petitioner and issue notice to the Opp.Parties.

ii.

After hearing the parties, to quash/Set-aside the order No.1, date 0806.2007 of CEO Gop Block and Authorized Officer of Sidheswar SCS Ltd and issue direction to the Opp. Parties to reinstate the Petitioner with consequential benefits;

iii.

Direction may be issued to the Opp. Parties to release subsistence allowance in favour of the Petitioner.

iv.

To pass such other orders/directions as deemed fit and proper"

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that although the petitioner has filed representation dated 15.01.2022 under

// 2 // Annexure-4 before the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Puri (Opposite Party No.4), the same is still pending before the said Opposite Party and the said Opposite Party have not taken any decision as of now.

Considering the submissions made, the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, Puri (Opposite Party No.4) to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2022 under Annexure-4 taking into account under Annexures-5 and 6 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
