It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in WPC (OAC) No. 1713 of 2012 (Pitabas Swain v. State of Odisha and others), which has been disposed of vide order dated 22.02.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 22.02.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 1713 of 2012 (Pitabas Swain v. State of Odisha and others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
