The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order under Annexure-1, and issue direction to the opposite parties to reinstate the petitioner in service along with all consequential benefits. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made appeal before the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
