1. The sand sairat source in question has been awarded to Opposite Party No.7 more than 2 years ago. The present petition has not even been listed once since it was filed on 16th December, 2020. At this stage, therefore, the Court would not like to interfere with the award of the sand sairat in favour of Opposite Party No.7.

2. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
