Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the salary of the petitioner from August 2012 to till the date of filing of the writ petition within a stipulated period.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department referring to paragraph-7 of the counter affidavit contended that the salary of the petitioner from August 2012 to March, 2013 except her leave period, i.e. from 26.09.2012 to 20.10.2012 has been drawn and credit to her savings A/c No. 11083271053 of SBI, Angul.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, if any cause of action still subsists for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
