1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The matter having been transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition, has been registered as a writ petition before this Court on 29.11.2021.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 19.3.2013.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not have up-to-date instruction to prosecute the present litigation on behalf of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
