2. The ground of delay, as has been mentioned by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, is not sufficient to entertain this application for extension of time for the Petitioner to surrender, the order being passed since long back on 23.11.2022.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for extension of time is rejected and the I.A. is dismissed.
