and submits, his clients filed appeal on 4th May, 2021 arising out of O.A. no.131 of 2019 under section 19 of Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951, still pending. He prays direction upon opposite party no.4 for expeditious disposal of the case.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, it is expected the appeal will be dealt with within six months from date. 3.

Court relies on submission made on behalf of State and expects the appeal will be disposed of within six months from date.
