This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to provide power supply to the premises situated over Plot No.2571 under Khata No.43 in mouza Brahmabarada in the district of Jajpur.

Taking note of submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 17th November, 2022 directed Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for TPNODL to take instruction in the matter. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for TPNODL on instruction submits that power supply to the premises of the Petitioner shall be provided within a period of fifteen days after complying with formalities. He further submits that the Petitioner may take necessary police assistance for supply of electricity to his premises.

Considering the submission of Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for TPNODL, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that power supply to the premises of the Petitioner shall be given within a period of fifteen days, as

// 2 // submitted by Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for TPNODL. Police protection, if necessary shall be taken by the authorities of TPNODL for supply of power to the premises of the Petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
