2. None appears for the petitioner.
3. The present petitioner in this Writ Petition has assailed the illegal order of withdrawing the post of Foreman from the Office of the Deputy Director, FSB, Cuttack and merged in the Office of the Deputy Director, O.B.P.I., Bhubaneswar.
4. Since the subject matter of dispute is pertaining to year 2011 and in the meantime, moré than ten years have been elapsed, the cause of action as raised in the writ petition has lost its significance.
5. In view of such facts, the petitioner stands disposed of as infructuous. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court, if any cause of action survives. ( S.K. Panigrahi) Judge LB
