This I.A has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 24.02.2022 passed by this Court in WPC(OAC) No.1005 of 2013.

Considering the grounds taken in the I.A, the prayer for modification of the order dated 24.02.2022 is hereby allowed. Petitioner is allowed further three weeks time from today to make his representation in terms of the order dated 24.02.2022 before Opposite Party No.1. The period for consideration of the claim is extended by another three months.

Accordingly, the I.A stands disposed of.
