This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 15.10.2019 issued by opposite party no.2 and the subsequent letters issued 19.12.2019 and 15.09.2020 under Annexures-5, 6 and 10 respectively.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department brings to the notice of this Court the order dated 05.11.2022 issued by the Special Secretary to Government to all Principals of Non-Government Aided Colleges stating therein that as there were no such provision under the Grant-in-Aid orders, therefore the Government have been pleased to nullify the above referred instructions with immediate effect. According to him, there is no cause of action survives for the petitioner any more.

Since the order impugned dated 15.10.2019 has already been withdrawn, the subsequent orders arising out of the same also stands withdrawn and as such, there is no cause of action subsists at this moment. 6.
