RJ When the matter was listed on 22.02.2022, none had appeared and the following order was passed:- "None appears for the petitioner.

The writ petition having been transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition is registered before this Court on 29th November, 2021 as a writ petition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 19.01.2017.

The applicant was 60 years of age when he filed the original application in the year 2012, seeking a direction to pay him pension, taking into account his service as Gram Panchayat Secretary to be pensionable.

To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 21st March, 2022."

Today also none appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action. (M.S. Sahoo) Judge
