Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) To direct the respondents to release the family pension of the applicant with 18% interest.
ii) To direct the respondents to release the post retiral dues of the applicant's husband with 18% interest.
iii) And pass such other order/ orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice". 4.
Since the question for grant of family pension is involved, the Writ Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of three weeks time, if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time. The said authority shall do well to dispose of the same on own merit within a period of
// 2 // three weeks thereafter.
The decision so taken communicated to the petitioner by that time.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition (OAC) stands disposed of.
